A. Dey Plan, LLC
It's A Meaningful Dey In Business
"Event measurement for return on investment (ROI) or return on objectives (ROO) may be new territory for some planners, but it’s the type of effort that will help expand their involvement and overall contribution to an organization"
In a time where things have become so impersonal, we maintain the good old fashion notion of face-to-face meetings and understanding the history of our clients, be it professional or personal. Our overall goal is understanding the potential, not the present circumstance of the company or the individual. We research, dissect and revamp businesses and personalites to enable them to get the best out of their endeavors and services.
Corporate, Small Business, Social/Occasional, Real Estate & Life Planning

Andrea M. DeyChief Executive Officer While studying Clinical Psychology at Graduate School in New York City Andrea M. Dey got a job as an Executive Assistant (EA) to the COO of a top Private Banking Firm. There she was introduced to the fast paced and exciting world of banking. Mentored by her superiors she discovered the importance of networking, executive retreats and creating unforgettable events. More importantly, the crucial role it plays in securing long-term clients and maintaining a strong understanding of what they need. She went from an EA to Events Director in six months and formed a passion for creating stimulating events and unique programs for that Firm. After leaving graduate school she went on to start her Consulting Firm and has been working in the Private Banking, Real Estate and Fine Art Industry for over six years advising and planning meetings, seminars, conferences and retreats that educate and motivate partners and other executive management on how to get a better return on their investments and trust each other in their pursuit of personal success. Still deeply committed to psychology she has monthly empowerment seminars that focus on becoming a brand and understanding self-image for women in business and personal life. She is a motivational speaker and conducts monthly workshops on the Power of Forgiveness. An advocate for employing New York City youth in corporate environments, she serves as the middleman/temporary agent between parents and companies she has established relationships with to secure employment or internship opportunities. She is the Founder and Co-Chair of the Teaching Radical Empowerment Daily (TRED) group, a nonprofit organization that is focused on creating innovative programs to assist single-parents and the children of single-parent households. Programs such as the Formal Reinforcement of the Gentleman School (FROGS), an Etiquette School for junior high and high school males. Also, the Latch-Key Kid Program, teaming up with NYS Office of Pupil Transportation, a bus service that provides door-to-door pick-up and drop-off of junior high school children. She is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Broker Sponsored.
